Customer First™ IVR
Customer First™ IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is a telephone based survey tool that allows your customers to simply dial an 800 number and answer a short survey. After the survey, they can be given a confirmation number that is good for a discount on their next purchase at your company. This motivates and rewards your customers and customers appreciate and patronize extablishments that solicit their feedback.
